Through observation of a potential customer’s facial expressions in front of a store front (or in front of an e-commerce store), the application can provide accurate predictions of purchase intentions.
The merchant can then determine how to interact with the potential customer to convert the intention intoan actual purchase (e.g., by sending a discount offer for a same-day purchase).
The application integrates with other analysis tools such as “situational awareness” tools for stores to provide insights into store layout, merchandise placement, etc. or click analytics or gaze tracking on e-commerce sites.
