Total Respect for Privacy
From day one, iDentivisuals has set as its absolute goal total respect for privacy well beyond the albeit stringent requirements of GDPR, but it has become a core value of it, which is expressed in the following cardinal principles upon which Emotions at Work was developed.
We have written the entire software code in collaboration with lawyers in contact with Privacy Supervisors in all European countries and are in contact with the European Commission on the issue of privacy.
We made sure that not only the software but the whole experience is GDPR compliant.
We install cameras only in permitted locations by giving strict instructions that a passage space not covered by optics is always left.
Let us at least leave a free gathering place given the rooms where those who prefer not to be exposed to them can go.
Selected locations are well marked so that you always know you are being filmed.
We always involve the unions not only because it is required by law, but to make them understand the positive message behind Emotions at Work, and that is the well-being of employees.
We only capture the faces of people who have given their consent at the enrollment stage, leaving people free to change their consent at any time and possibly then delete the retained photos.
We do not with serve the photos of employees except for the purpose of recognizing those who have given consent and never beyond the end of the service (unless we have been given permission to keep them for scientific research purposes), but we keep only their emotional trace, linked to an anonymous ID; provided to us by the company without our knowing the people’s biographical data.
We return anonymized and aggregated data (if an aggregation of at least 6 people can be formed).
Strong sensitivity to data protection has prompted iDentivisuals to allocate significant investment to ensure that the service is delivered anonymously, with complete respect for privacy and in full compliance with current GDPR regulations.
At iDentivisuals we believe in the value of confidentiality and protection of personal data entrusted to us. If you decide to use our services, you should know that, for us, data protection is not limited to mere compliance with current legislation, but is a set of principles that allow us to create a relationship of trust between us and our clients.
And that is why, among others, our treatments are based on the following principles:
Privacy by design e privacy by default
We will not ask our users to provide more personal information than is necessary to use our services. The technologies adopted by iDentivisuals have been developed in such a way as to collect as little personal data as possible, to use it within the limits of the purposes for which it was collected, and no longer than necessary.
Clear and transparent information
It is important to us that users receive clear and transparent information about the processing of data entrusted to us and that they can always feel free to choose us. We will strive to make our privacy notices easily understandable and accessible. We will take appropriate measures to enable each user to control their personal data and exercise their rights.
Security
We have security measures in place that can adequately protect the personal data we process, and we ensure that our suppliers also meet this commitment by making specific arrangements with them.
